When my good friend Matt asked me to photograph his marriage proposal at a performance in Vancouver, B.C. I was thrilled.  His set was comprised of three songs, all of which were written by him about Nadine.  The third song was a new one and contained the proposal.  This felt like one of those moments you only see in a movie.  It was an incredible evening, as you can see in the slideshow below.  As I look through these images I find myself reflecting on what a honor it is to witness and be able to capture such events.
